Our Experience
Contacting the Crate & Barrel customer service department by phone was a pleasure. At first, we assumed the automated system was going to be long and confusing. To our delight, there was an option customers can use to connect with a live agent. We pressed zero (0) and reached the customer service team in less than 30 seconds. We addressed several concerns and without fail, the customer service agent answered our concerns. The overall experience was great. I went to Crate & Barrel in Manhasset, New York last weekend. I had a coupon that I received in the mail. The coupon has so many exclusions of it that both myself and the cashier could not understand why the coupon wouldn’t go through. The cashier asked the sales lady to look at the coupon and she didn’t see anything in the exclusions either. They called the manager who saw this brand of product in the long list. I waited at least 15 minutes to get the answer that I couldn’t use this coupon. The manager was rude and why give coupons to customers when most everything in the store is excluded. I will never shop in your store again. The people are so rude.
