Our Experience

Be prepared to wait if you contact the customer service department by phone. When we called, we listed to the lengthy automated system. After selecting the option for the customer service department, we were placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. Thinking the call would end, we finally reached a live agent. Throughout the call, we addressed the various financial services. Even though the initial portion of the call was not to our liking, by the end, we were satisfied with the level of customer service.
