Our Experience

We called the toll free number for Columbia Utilities. The phone line was answered by an automated system directing the call to various departments within the company. Customers can press 1 for Palmco of Columbia, 2 for fuel oil customers, 3 for sales, 4 for the accounting department. We pressed 2 because it was the only option to reach Columbia Utilities customer service. The call was placed on hold with rather loud music, but only for a few seconds before Rosemary picked up the call. Rosemary was nice enough to tell us a little about the services provided by Columbia Utilities.
