We filled out the contact form to ask about the tassels attached to new Coach purses. We asked if the tassels could be changed out at home.
When we contacted the customer support team, we wanted to know about the return and exchange department and the applicable policies. After navigating through the automated system, we asked the agent to explain. The agent told us customers can return OR exchange their products within 30 days, if the product is new and unused.
