Customer Service Email

If you are not an existing customer, you cannot send a message to the customer service department by email. When we reached out to the customer service department through social media, the customer service agent suggested we voice questions/concerns on the corporate blog. After posting our message on the corporate blog, a customer care agent responded within 30 minutes.

  1. I am so upset with citi now I don’t know what to do. If you want to keep this customer you better contact me!! Tony from the fraud department was rude and hung up on me. There is more to this but since citis customer service was so rude I will tell everyone I know.
