Mortgage rates refinance options and prequalification forms are all available. If you already have a mortgage with Chase Home Finance, use your account information to log in if you want to contact customer service by email. The email form from your account is much more effective than a general contact form.

Customers with home mortgage loans through Chase Home Finance may have an email address for the lender, but general customers and customers interested in learning more about the Chase Home Finance program do not have access to lender email addresses. Calling a customer care department should not be difficult, but unfortunately calling Chase Home Finance was difficult. We were unable to reach anyone in the customer care department due to the confusing automated system. We went through every option, only to have the call ended every time. When we finally spoke to a representative, they appeared to be rushed and uninterested in our concerns. We simply wanted information regarding home loans. The representative supplied the information, but did not offer any additional solutions to our concerns.
