From the main Chase website you can access the Chase Home Finance website by visiting the Home Lending page at https://www.chase.com/online/Home-Lending/mortgages.htm. Mortgage rates refinance options and prequalification forms are all available. If you already have a mortgage with Chase Home Finance, use your account information to log in if you want to contact customer service by email. The email form from your account is much more effective than a general contact form.

Customers with home mortgage loans through Chase Home Finance may have an email address for the lender, but general customers and customers interested in learning more about the Chase Home Finance program do not have access to lender email addresses. Our Experience
Calling a customer care department should not be difficult, but unfortunately calling Chase Home Finance was difficult. We were unable to reach anyone in the customer care department due to the confusing automated system. We went through every option, only to have the call ended every time. When we finally spoke to a representative, they appeared to be rushed and uninterested in our concerns. We simply wanted information regarding home loans. The representative supplied the information, but did not offer any additional solutions to our concerns.
The experience was not ideal. What is your take on Chase Home Finance? We would love to hear your concerns regarding the company.

I have been trying to get help from Customer Support for 2 weeks now? Everytime I call I get someone on the phone, then they need to trasfer me and I stay on hold for as long as 2 hours???? my customer assistance specialist tried to connect me with customer “service” but no luck. CHASE needs to know the PROPERTY TAX INSTALLMENT is coming up and I don’t have the money to cover it. I am presently attempting to get a mortgage modification plan approved. I am mailing the BILL from the CITY PROPERTY TAX COLLECTOR to OH4-7302 because there IS NO EMAIL ADDRESS available to ALERT CHASE OF THIS IMPENDING URGENT MESSAGE.
