Our Experience

There are specific options available when you call the automated hotline. If you are interested in speaking with a live agent, you will need to hold the line. After approximately 60 seconds, a live agent answered the call. We asked several questions relating to opening an online account and the necessary documentation. The agent walked through the process of opening an account and addressed our concerns. We feel as if the customer service team at Charles Schwab is knowledgeable and professional. The overall experience was better than expected. Can you say the same? We want to hear from customers just like you. Share your thoughts with us in the comments below.

  1. I received a letter asking to verify my e mail address. I have changed it and told one of your representatives and he said he would change it, maybe this mail came before he changed it. I tried to e mail as you asked but could not find where to do it. I would appreciate it if you would take care of this matter. Thank you.

  2. Hey suggestions . I Appreciate the specifics ! Does someone know if my business would be able to get ahold of a fillable DD 1750 copy to fill out ?

  3. The recent security measures you mandated are ludicrous. We were already using a username and a password. I have been a Schwab customer for many years and never had any issues. Now, as soon as I clear out my devices, the settings are all gone. And I have to get an email with the new code every single time I clear my devices. That is ridiculous and extremely frustrating. You should give your clients the opportunity to opt out of this if they don’t want it. That’s with other businesses do. You are asking a lot of your clients just for us to be able to use YOUR services. You should think about that because I’m certainly thinking about it and so are many other people. This was not a good system to set up and whoever thought of it should be fired. And no, I don’t want to use a token code. That is no better. Go back to the way it was or I may choose an easier way to do business. Pretty sick of all this.
