Customers visiting the official Cenlar website http://www.cenlar.com/ have the opportunity to learn about loan services. The website also features information relating to branded services as well as subservicing services and transitioning your current mortgage to Cenlar.
The only social media account we found online was LinkedIn. This could present a problem if you needed to connect with the customer service department. We did not see interaction between the customer service department and customers. If you reach out to Cenlar through LinkedIn, you may not receive a response in a timely manner.
Customer Service Email
You have the opportunity to connect with the customer service department through the various customer contact forms. You can connect with the sales department or the general customer service department. We sent a message to the customer service department asking about the hours of operation. We explained this information was not available on the website. After sending our message, we received an automated response from the customer service department. The message stated a customer care agent would reply to our concerns within 7 to 10 business days. We recommend not including account information in your email.

We called the customer support hotline and encountered a lengthy automated response system. After listening to the available options, we had to select zero (0) to reach the operator. The operator in turn transferred the call to the customer service department. After waiting approximately three (3) minutes, we reached a live agent. I have used Nabisco cracker for many years, and this is the first time that I had something like this to happen.
I had guest over for supper, we had soup for supper on a cold night. When we opened the crackers they smelled like rancid oil, I threw them in the trash, opened the second box, they were the same way. Don’t know what happened, needlessness to say we had to go to the store for more crackers, these were good. Just wanted to let you know about my experience.
