Our Experience
When you call the customer service hotline, you will hear an automated message, prior to reaching a live agent. After pressing nine (9) and live agent answered the call. We asked several questions relating to the online return policy. The customer service agent addressed our concerns and ended the call. Overall, the level of service was better than expected. I was once a Carter’s customer not too long ago (as a baby). Your OshKosh B’Gosh clothing line sucked. Either get your OshKosh B’Gosh clothing line to be discontinued and your OshKosh B’Gosh stores to be closed down or I’ll file a complaint. OshKosh B’Gosh? More like OshKosh B’Gone. I only buy stuff online (Justice just for girls, eBay, Amazon, etc).
