Our Experience
An automated system answers the call to Carnival Cruise Lines customer service. You can press 1 for the Recognition Program or choose to wait for additional options. Press 1 for website help, 2 for travel agents, 3 for guest relations, 4 for South America sailings, 5 for already booked, 6 for ready to book. If you wait and press nothing, you will be given another long list of options and you’ll have to call back to access the previous list of options. The fastest way through the automated system is to press 0 after the first option is given and then press 0 after the second option recording. You will be placed on hold for the next agent.
Carnival cruise lines does not know the meaning of customer service. They will give you a run around, leave you hanging on the phone re-direct your calls. I was on the phone in excess of 2 hours and told no one could help me because it was Sunday and that my call will be returned to strt back to the bottom. When I call all I get is placed on hold. They were suppose to call me back and did not do so. I can not get ahold of anyone to answer my questions.
I have talked with Kelly, Syrie, Rosie who disconnected from when and when I called back no one knew how to get me back to her. Started over talked with Renea, Samatha Kenyad Martin (24387) Denise Whitley Jody was suppose to receive an e-mail although she is on vacation, Beth would not talk with me. Staarted back today talked with Wayne been on hold in excess of tem minutes and still no supervisor to talk with nor do they return my call as promised that they would,
Words cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful customer service I received from Mr SAT ANANP when I called in tears about a mistake I made getting my dates mixed up and missing my cruise ship. He talked very calmly and professionally to me and said he would call Carnival to see if there was any solution to my problem. He spent an hour researching options with Carnival for me and apologized when I was on hold for awhile.
I have never had such incredible and helpful service from a customer service representative and he just repeated that Carnival wanted us to have a good experience and he would do his best to make that happen.
If you have awards for Employee of the Month, SAT certainly deserves it! His patience and persistence resolved what seemed to be an impossible situation. I am so grateful to him and to Carnival for their kindness and understanding and helping us to have our Carnival vacation which had been planned for months.

Carnival Cruise Lines is the worst cruise line. If you have money to burn, by all means book a ‘cruise’ or fleecing with these greedy psychopathic banksters. They don;t even let their customers drink bottled water!!!!
I am a big fan of carnival Cruise line . Have been on 10 cruses with carnival need 5 more days to be a Platinum Member. Have Cruised on Princess Costa .Have taken hundreds of family and friends on Cruises that i\I have part of.I just want to let you know that I think George Lopez making remakes about Mr Trump. Should cause carnival to take action against him. I do not like the thought of finding a new cruise line. A follower since 1996. Thanks Hughie Slane.
