Our Experience

We called the customer service department and were able to communicate with a live agent in less than two (2) minutes. In order to reach a live agent fast, press zero (0). After our wait, the agent answered the call. We discussed increased premium costs and the availability of service. The agent did their best to inform us about the various types of plans.
