The Capital One Credit Card customer care hotline typically requires customers enter their account information. If customers wait a few seconds, the automated system takes you to the options menu. Press 0 and you are connected with a live agent. We asked the agent for information relating to late payments, in particular if a customer is having difficulty making a payment.

The agent explained the company offers several payment arrangements, including, changing the due date, and low-interest repayment. Since this was not the correct department, the agent offered to transfer our call. The customer care agent answered our concerns and provided the assistance we deserve.     united postal service (ups) is not authorized to charge my credit card

  2. I have called the “opt-out” number and was told it would take 5 business days for this to take effect.
    Today, 10/7/13, I received an offer from your company and I am NOT happy about it!. Then I call the number you have listed on the offer for questions and was told that it would take 6 – 8 weeks for this to happen. I DO Not want to receive anything from your company offering credit. It has hurt my credit report while trying to find new insurance and I don’t want credit cards!
    Remove my name immediately! If your people are sitting in front of a computer, it should be easy, go in and remove my name. Simple.
    I will contact the BBB or anyone else interested enough to listen if these offers do not stop!

  3. What is with the Samuel L. Jackson commercial????? Swearing???? I thought this can not possibly be. . . But it was. Who reviews your commercials? Do you think your audience is that crass and immoral that we would think that is cool? Think again. Your ad agency should be wordsmiths. And try to attract customers not push customers away.

  4. No comment, Just a question. How can I change my due date for payments? My due date now is around the 14th. I don’t get paid until the following week and this puts me late every month which makes for bad credit.Can this be rectified? Thank you.

I’ve never had a better experience with any other company. These idividuals were more than helpful and kind. They were simply amazing!!   6. I am quite disgusted with the service I have received form Capital One over the past two months. Approximately two months ago I ordered two rewards gift cards and have yet to see them. I have also not received my new CC with the chip, after being told it was also mailed out, a month ago.
    After speaking with four different people(one manager) over the past months, I was last told I would be called by a second manager to let me know why I’m not receiving these cards (they were reordered once). As of two weeks ago I still hadn’t received that call so I took it upon myself to call back (5th call) and was told they would give a manager my information and they would reach out to me. That was four days ago and I’ve still not heard anything.
    I have been a customer for years and pay off my balance every statement. It is very discouraging to be treated in this manner. I will be contacting the BBB following this message.

  7. Very disappointed that Samuel L Jackson is still the spokesman for your company. You’ve lost my family’s business. He has a history of racist views and commentary. His latest comments about the San Bernadino terrorist attack were way over the line. If you choose to represented by him then I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    If it were ever a white man making disparaging comments about blacks he would be apoplectic. The world would be demanding he be fired.

    It’s time for him to wake up.

  10. I am a Capital One customer and I am writing to let you know as long as you continue to place advertising with the Hannity show I will no longer use your services. He promotes hate, White Supremacy and consistanley promotes conspiracy theories based on no truth at all. His hateful rederic about the children at the Parkland students should be criminal. He is a hateful bully and I do not want to do business with companies that support him in any way.

  11. I’m trying to do what’s best for my credit scores, but don’t want to run into denial for a consolidation loan, that could do more damage than if I just sit here doing nothing. I have a few account I’d like to pay off instead of dragging it along making life miserable?!

  12. It is too difficult to speak to someone…the automated voice just keeps taking me round in circles!!!! I eventually after getting somewhat frustrated managed to talk to a real person who agreed to make the changes I requested BUT still got it wrong. I am unwilling to go through the indignity of calling again EVER and am considering changing to a credit card company who has real people answer the phone or at least an automated voice who understands what I am saying.

    I speak perfect English – why is it so difficult for them to understand

I would like to know where I can send a copy of the letter the customer service department to inform you of this government shut down. Hope you can understand my situation, and therefore provide me with some relief in which I can continue working with you all, with the promise that I would pay you as soon as the government’s shut down ends.
