Similar to other major retailers, Burberry allows customers to choose the appropriate department by selecting the option for the operator or hold for the customer care department. We waited on hold for approximately 90 seconds before the customer care agent answered the call. We asked the agent for information on exchanging purchased items.
The agent agreed to clear the air for us and provide us with the correct answer. They explained retail location purchases can be exchanged or refunded. If customers make a purchase online, they can only have the product refunded for up to 30 days. We were pleased with the information the agent provided as well as the level of detail. I bought a burberry scarf Brit one from topanga mall California location 2 months after it got wet n the quality of it destroyed completely the color was just gone so I went to the store in order to claim the problem the employees where really rude even though I showed them the resid of it then they said they can’t do anything ab it bcz there is no warranty! To whom it concerns,
I purchased a gift with your company for Christmas, and selected the complimentary shipping that was “to be delivered before Christmas”. UPS then tracked the package to be delivered five days after Christmas. So I called to cancel the order only if I would get an immediate refund. My order was cancelled but now my money will not be returned until after Christmas. I absolutely feel robbed. I do not have the money to repurchase the item, and now I am out $70 until you all have the time to refund it. The whole point of me purchasing anything with from your company was to make it a Christmas gift. I called customer service, and the first consultant hung up on me halfway through the conversation. My whole outlook on your company has changed negatively because you have not tried to compensate me for this situation at all. In case you do not know, some people have to save money to purchase one of you products. You all have taken my money and returned me with nothing. Merry Christmas.
I am trying to locate the cream sweater trench coat that I saw on a model for a pregnancy photoshoot in Oct 2014. Her name is Zena Foster. I also saw it on pintrest and it actually said it was in stock at Burberry for $1695. If I could send you a photo to better the search I would appreciate it.

I would like to thank Lamesa Bowman from your Burberry Outlet in Williamsburg, Virginia. Last week (October 11th) I came in and was warmly greeted and assisted by Lamesa. She was helpful without hovering and offered to call other outlets to check for a particular shirt that I needed in another size. She ultimately had to call 2-3 stores but never had me feel that I was taking too much of her time. I had a wonderful experience and Lamesa was the direct reason.
I purchased 3 items from Burberry. I returned them within 1 week of receiving the items. It has been over a month, 5 phone calls. I have been given the runaround and I have not received my money! Every time I call I am told someone will contact you! I asked to speak with a manger and I’m told they are busy and they will return my call. No one has called me back. I will never spend my money with them again!
