We posted several messages and the customer care team replied within two (2) hours.

Customer Service Email

We sent a message to the customer service department asking bulk orders, considering this information was not available on the website. After sending our message, the customer service team replied with an automated message. The message stated a customer care agent would respond within two (2) business days. We received a response from a live agent in less than 24 hours.

Our Experience

When we called the customer support hotline, we encountered a lengthy automated response system. We attempted to bypass the system by pressing zero (0). When this trick did not work, we waited on hold for more than five (5) minutes. After the agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating to the return policy. The agent answered our concerns and ended the call. Overall, our experience was a bit mixed. Although the agent answered our concerns, the wait time was not what we expected.
