Contacting Brother International Customer Service Center
Brother International is the headquarters behind Brother printers, fax machines, scanners and home sewing equipment. Brother used to hold a huge section of the consumer electronics market, but computer companies moved into the picture with the advent and popularity of the Internet and Brother typewriters and word processors faded. While the company is still a major player in some consumer categories, it remains behind major brands like HP and Dell.Click here to leave a comment about your customer service experience.

Customer Service Email
The Brother International customer service page is dominated by a contact form. This form is clearly the way Brother wants visitors to contact the international office. Brother International customer service does not provide technical support. This form is only for contacting the company with feedback about products, service or customer service.
We couldn’t contact the customer service department considering the only available customer service number is out of the country. We have to rely on the feedback we receive from email we sent using the customer feedback form.

These are suggestions that would make the Brother printers I own easier to use.
I have two HL-2270DW & one HL-2280DW. Both machines need to have the off/on switch relocated to somewhere near the top front of the printers. This would allow you to visually see if the machine is off or on but more importantly to make it easier to reach the switch. Also I wish my 2280 had LED indicator lights the same as the 2270. We turn our machines off when we aren’t using them and the little LCD screen on the 2280 is very hard to see after the backlight turns off
Brother DCP7060 good but its fuse unit not SOMAN good.
