When we called Bose customer service our call was immediately answered with a brief message thanking us for calling. We were then given a list of options. You cannot press 0 to skip this list, but there are only two options. If neither option fits your needs you can wait on the line for a customer service representative. We were placed on hold at about one minute. The call stayed on hold for more than two minutes until the call was answered by a customer service representative.

DOES BOSE HAVE ANY INTENTION TO ADD A SERIUS XM CONNECTION/INTERFACE TO THOSE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE THE BOSE RADIO. OUR BOSE SUSTEM CONSISTS OF THE RADIO SITTING ON TOP OF THE THREE-CD CHANGER.
