Our customer service call surrounded the subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway. We called the customer service number and the operator connected us to the appropriate department. We wanted to know what to do if we voiced a complaint to a particular business and there was not resolve, should we contact the corporate office of the business or contact Berkshire Hathaway.
The agent told us the first step is to exhaust all options by contacting the corporate offices of the business. The last step should be to contact Berkshire Hathaway. The agent explained the resolution process would have to go back down to the business anyway. This was an interesting customer service call to say the least. We would love for you to share your story. Comment in the box below.
