Customer Service Email
We sent a message to the customer service department asking about changes to the healthcare laws and the effects on new and existing customers. We looked though the FAQs and did not locate this information. After sending our message, we received an automated response from the customer service department stating a live agent would reply to our concerns within two (2) business days.
Our Experience
Customers reaching out to the customer service department will have the opportunity to speak with a live agent in approximately three (3) minutes. In order to connect faster than normal, press zero (0), instead of listening to the entire automated response system. After making your selection, the operator answers the call and then transfers the call to the customer service department. After the short wait, we asked several questions relating to costs. The agent explained the costs vary, but offered to send us information. Overall, our experience was better than expected. When you connected with the customer service department, were you satisfied with the outcome? We want to hear from customers just like you. Take a few moments to share your experience with us in the comment section.
