Contacting Bank One Customer Service Center

Bank One merged with Chase in 2004, but there are still pages from the Bank One customer service website live online. We’re not sure if all the Bank One locations have undergone a makeover to the Chase logos in the past eight years or if the company chose to keep the Bank One branch of the business as is. In the FAQs section we see Chase mentioning the official website for Bank One so customers can learn more about the bank, but when we visit the URL we are redirected back to the Chase website.

to leave a comment about your customer service experience.

Contact Info:

There is no longer a Bank One customer service department, so we’ve added the Chase customer service information for customer convenience.

Official Website

The Bank One site at http://www.bankone.com just redirects to the Chase Bank website. If you’re interested in customer service or finding out more about the merger, you’ll need to contact Chase Bank not Bank One.

If you have a Twitter account, you can tweet to @ChaseSupport for additional customer service help.

Customer Service Email

The only remaining Bank One customer service page we could find was an email form at www2.bankone.com/contactus/email/. We are testing the email form to see if anyone will respond if a customer sends a message to the service department. When sending emails to a bank customer service department, no matter the bank, never send complete financial information like credit card, debit card or account numbers and don’t include your full social security number. Are clicking the send button the form took forever to send so it could be a dead form.

Our Experience

Contacting a financial institution can potentially be a challenge, considering the various departments and the subsequent customer service centers. But when we contacted bank One, we reached the correct customer service department the first time. The agent was pleasant and willing to assist. We asked the agent if there were payment assistance programs in place for loan customers behind on their payments. The agent provided the following services: interest-free payment, low-interest payment, reduced payment and interest-only payment. The agent recommends contacting the customer support team prior to a late payment.
