Our Experience
The Bally Total Fitness customer service line gives you multiple options for customer service. You can press 1 for payments, 2 for memberships and adding members, 3 to update your payment information or 4 to inquire about cancelling your account. We spoke to a representative about cancelling our account just 24 hours after signing the contract. The agent told us we could request cancellation within three business days if we sent a letter to Bally Total Fitness postmarked no later than the 3rd day. In some states, Bally Total Fitness includes Saturdays in the business days allowed for Buyer’s Remorse.

I have been an active member since 1983. I am currently using the Little Neck, Queens, New York location. Today, Friday December 13th at approximately 2 PM, Bally staff members began removing weight machines, treadmills, etc. from the 1st floor as they were being used by myself and other members. The whole scene was one of astonishment…I got so frustrated that I had to finally leave the gym since the majority of the equipment was sitting out on the sidewalk. Believe me when I tell you that there were no signs posted warning of this event, because I’m there practically every day of the week…if there was postings I would not have visited this location today…since it was a total waste of my time…your consideration of this matter would be greatly appreciated…

my son called to cancel the membership only way you can do bad by writing a letter to Washington corporate office there’s no option for email I thought we were living in twentieth-century so they are making so hard to cancel the membership so I am going to write them a letter and not only my son going to cancel his membership I’m going to cancel my membership and my other son is going to cancel his membership so they gonna lose 3 memberships has a lousy service making things hard for customers I want to do business for people who are good at taking care of customer regardless if they’re leaving are coming

I think Bally’s is the worst company ever. Do not go there, especially if you have a coupon for a free trial. cause it’s not real. They wind up wanting to charge you money even if you don’t want to and then try to take you to court to sue you
I tried to transfer my son account into my daughter name but I did not get anyhehere. I sent my son I’d to Bally three times I never got an answer. I’m very upset it has been a year already and I’m pay every month for it
I have had my membership for over 20years I haven’t received my renewal notice and want my contract honored at its original rate. I have the paperwork still… Can someone contact me please as your number now only promotes other sales ( asks to buy other stuff never gets to your customer service) I want to renew my membership please finding 40 minutes waiting answering dumb questions and never getting helped with membership questions. Went to where I bought it they do not help. Managers have been telling me to contact you guys on going for years still can’t get you to honor your own contract.
