When we called Balloon Decor customer service, the call was picked up directly by Cathy Lopez of Balloon Decor. We talked with Cathy about the balloon art available from the company and the reach of the business. She verified the mailing address for the company. According to Ms. Lopez, none of the sculptures available from the company are available for shipment with instructions as pieces are completed on site.
