If you already have an account with you can log in to your account by clicking the Sign In link at the top of the page. When you sign up for the free trial, your account will automatically be moved to a paid account if you do not cancel the membership within the first 30 days.

You can also choose to wait on the line and your call will be transferred to a customer service representative. Our call was placed on hold about 45 seconds into the call. We waited on hold until 3:47 before an agent picked up.
