Audible.com customer service is answered by an automated system. You can press 1 for questions about a new purchase, 2 to change your membership or start a new membership or 3 for technical assistance. You can also choose to wait on the line and your call will be transferred to a customer service representative. Our call was placed on hold about 45 seconds into the call. We waited on hold until 3:47 before an agent picked up.
