  1. How do I change my password. Has not had a success. 5 attempts same answer which did not solve the challenge … I am unable to change my password. HELP please . I have no cell phone at the moment. Which is why I am unable to call.

I called to have by online bill adjusted for the 25% discount ~ during your black friday promotion to apply to my order I placed a few days ago & just received. Jaquitta was helpful, knowledgeable , sweet & patient while we went through my orders so she could adjust my bill!
