We sent an email to the customer service department to test the 5 day waiting period. We are still waiting for the response from customer service in regards to our question.
When we called Ann Taylor, we did not have the best of experiences. We were first greeted by an automated response system that eventually ended the call. We called another Ann Taylor customer service number and again greeted with an automated system. This time we were able to speak with a live customer service representative. We asked about specific information required to apply for an Ann Taylor credit card. The English speaking representative guided us through the requirements and answered our questions quickly.

After we sent our initial email to Ann Taylor, we immediately received an automated response with 5 minutes stating a customer service representative would respond as soon as possible. As soon as possible translated into 4 days for a customer service representative to respond to our initial question. The response was helpful as it answered or question, see below:

sorry, I’m danny from Tanzania, i bought a shirt on the lable is written, remove this lable before wearing this garment, i removed and inside the lable there are two piece of like aluminium very bright sealed in a packet. what are these pieces and what do they mean? lable is written, ANN TAYLOR LOFT.
I have been trying for over an hour to get someone on the phone to go over my charges on my credit card.. I have been charged twice for the same amount and i returned the items!! no credit.. Please have someone get back to me or I will have to cancel all charges….

Very frustrating trying to resolve a check returned in error by the bank. Charged $25 late fee with no notification from AT. First time in over 25 years account was not paid in full monthly. Their Comenity bank service rep wrote that my “Reeds” account was suspended despite the copies of my bill from Ann Taylor and my bank statement. Did not even get the right retailer looking for the extra $25 for nothing. I will no longer shop at AT and will close my charge account. Hopefully they will get that transaction correct.

I was vacationing in NC, Willimington for a week July 2017 and shopped at Ann taylor in Mayfield mall. I must say I was overly impressed with the service my family and I got, the store was closing and they DIDN’T kick us out instead they help us beyond measures, even open accounts, I have longed to see such Customer service Danielle, Mary and Juliana was exceptionally great, I’m very hard to please and I look for frown and body language whenever i ask for help or enter a store, but these ladies I can’t find words to express how professional, and great they were.
