Our Experience
Customers reaching out to the customer service department will need to press two (2), then one (1) in order to reach a live agent. We waited less than 30 seconds before speaking directly to the customer service department. By the end of the call, all of our concerns were addressed. I just had to write you to let you know that when I was 16 years old I bought a set of your Amway Queen Stainless Steel pots from a college student who was going door-to-door and now, at the age of 70, I am still using them and they look brand new. Hard to believe that others I know have gone through at least 3 sets of other pots and they cannot believe how old mine are since they are still in excellent shape and shiny as new. Thank you for such a great product line.
