Our Experience

The word of the day as it relates to Aetna is satisfied. We called the corporate offices expecting the run around, but in fact, we were connected to the customer service department within 60 seconds. We didn’t have to endure a confusing automated system, which made us happy.

We asked the customer service department if we have questions regarding coverage in multiple areas (medical, dental, life), who do we contact? The agent explained that when customers have concerns, any department is qualified to answer concerns. We were pleased with the outcome of our call. Not every call to the customer service department is enjoyable. We want you to share your experiences with us in the comments below.

  1. I have purchased a large chunk of supplemental life insurance through my employer. I have several questions about how this arrangement works, especially if I retire or if my company decides to go with another company next year when benefits are renegotiated. I have asked HR for documentation, but they keep telling me that there is nothing available. I can’t believe that, but I can believe that these people are operating on limited knowledge. How can I move forward and get the info I need?
    Thank you so much,
    MEB

  2. We need urgent help from you as soon as possible!
Please read my message sent to you just minutes ago!!
    Anticipated thanks for your help!!

  3. There is an auto withdrawal from my account every month and I am unable to find out what it is for. I can’t locate a policy number of anything.
