We used the customer service hotline and reached the customer service department rather quick. After listening to the customer service number for approximately 30 seconds, we pressed 0 and reached the operator who connected our call to the customer service department. The total time of the call lasted less than 3 minutes, but all of our questions relating to repairs were answered. We liked the speed of the call and the personalized customer attention. <p>We realized contacting Viagra could present a concern, especially if we wanted information relating to the product. The customer contact form allowed customers to send messages pertaining to company information, website concerns and investor relations. We sent a message asking if customers are having an adverse reaction, should they contact the customer service department as well as their physician. In the event you are contacting Viagra for the first time, your message sits in a pending state prior to an agent responding.</p>

<p>We connected with the customer service department from Viagra as well as the corporate headquarters at Pfizer. We wanted to know if the customer service department offered similar information and similar customer service. We called the customer service number first. The automated system provided direct access to a live agent. We reached a customer service agent within 90 seconds. Once you press 0, you connect with the operator and then the customer care agent. When we called the corporate headquarters, we reached the operator immediately and then the customer service department. In all, both sides of the company were easy reach. The service was great. The message related to the ratings of television shows. We wanted to know if Viacom could provide a rating for the shows. Although this could potentially be a long list, the automated response stated we should hear from a customer service agent within 48 hours.</p>

<p>We would like to note the customer service department is not the easiest to reach, considering you have to call the corporate headquarters. We call and immediately connected with the operator. When we requested to speak with a customer service agent, this is when the call went south. The call was transferred a total of 5 times and each department was not the customer service department. After approximately 7 minutes, we reached a live customer service agent. The questioning surrounded around where customers could find information relating to new programs. Instead of answering the question, the agent simply directed us back to the website. The customer service department appeared to not want to take care of the customers. <p>Contacting the customer service team was easy, but we have to note the answers from the customer service team were a bit out or sorts. We connected with a live agent in less than 2minutes. We called and pressed 0. The operator answered and connected the call to the customer service agent. Our questions surrounded around FDIC insurance. Instead of answering the question, the agent offered to send us a copy of the prospectus. We asked again and the message was the same. We liked the length of the call, but we feel as if a customer service agent should answer the questions presented by a customer or a potential customer. Was your questions answered? <h4>Customer Service Email</h4>
<p>We could not send a message to the customer service department by email. The reason being is you must be a customer in order to send email communication. Current customers can log into their <a href="https://www4.usbank.com/internetBanking/RequestRouter?requestCmdId=DisplayLoginPage" rel="nofollow">Customer Account</a> and send appropriate message. The company recommend not sending financial information in email communication.</p>
<h4>Our Experience</h4>
<p>We called several of the customer service phone numbers attempting to reach a customer service agent. We tested all of the numbers to ensure they were in fact operational and led to a live agent. We found that each of the numbers were accurate. When we called we encountered a lengthy automated system. It took approximately 3 minutes to reach a live agent. After the agent answered the call, we asked several numbers relating to FDIC insurance. All of the questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. The experience was great.
