  5. For the past 6 months or more (after being a customer for over 6 years) I have tried to order products by mail. I have jumped through all the hoops they have asked of me. They say I owe money but will not mail me anything as proof and I have sent money in for all the orders that supposedly they apply to what I owed but the amount they tell me stays the same!!!!!!! What’s up with that!!!???!!!????!!! I mailed a money order the last 2 times and now after sending the last one in March they tell me they have not cashed it??!?!!! But I ave no products as yet either!!!!!!?????? What’s up with that??!?!?!?!!!

I placed an order today 2/11/2015, and on my order i had savings stickers that my booklet claims i can use on any product i want, and when i called n tried to use my “only $12″ sticker i was told that i could not because the product had to be under $30 in order to use it, no where did i see that in my booklet, and it has never happened to me before i have always been able to use my “only $12″ sticker on any product, i was not happy with this decision today n therefore did not order as many products, i do not think you yves should say one thing n then say something different when it comes time to order products, i love savings, but if i cant actually use my savings then what is the point of sending them to me, i can order beauty products from other places but i chose yves because i like the products and i get savings that i like but not anymore. sincerely lisa nicola

    Please do something about your phone system-I have called a half dozen times, can not get to talk with a customer service person. You are a big company,what poor customer service.
