Our Experience

The number for Vogue customer service is not listed on the Vogue website. We found a customer care page for Vogue magazine. The line is voice-activated that requires you to speak the issue you’re having to progress the call. We pressed 0 to skip the automated system and list of options. Our call was transferred to hold immediately where we waited about one minute for an agent. The Vogue representative walked us through the various subscription offers available to new customers without pushing for us to buy.

  1. UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION:

I received a copy of the December issue in the mail that I did not request. I do not want a subscription.

    Please advise.

  2. You promised me a free purse with my paid subscription which I mailed on 02/05/2014. Am I suppose to also mail my reservation card? How long should I have to wait for my purse?

  3. I was offered a 1 yr subscription with a specific handbag fee if I subscribed to your magazine. I called to find out more specifics on the handbag. I spoke to a supervisor and asked about the handbag for which my subscribing was based on. Unfortunately, the supervisor did not know either the exact material the handbag nor the dimensions. I feel this offer is grossly misrepresented to the public and they could be easily duped. That information should have been on the offer to the public so they could make an informed decision. I will never subscribe to your magazine since I feel you truly misrepresented the offer which is a true shame on your part.

  4. I subscribed to Vogue and was suppose to recieve a red handbag.
I was suppose to recieve a red handbag free with paid
subscription. As of the present I have not recieved it or any correspondence in reference. So what is the deal?

I still have not recieved it nor any correspondence about it.

  5. I have never received a vogue magazine from your company. I never requested a subscription and therefor I do no owe you any monies. This must be some type of mistake. Please stop mailing me notifications, thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

  6. I am writing you in reference to the above account. I did not subscribe to Vogue, Allure, or any other magazines you’ve been sending me. I’ve been seending them back through government postal services via “Return to sender”. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYMORE!

    Thanks, Ms.Johnson

  13. I cancelled my free subscription to Vogue due to it’s support of abortion and support of Planned Parenthood. I also did not like Emma Watson on the cover of April’s issue as she is very HAPPY about supporting Planned Parenthood.

  14. I do enjoy Vogue magazine but I currently receive way too many
magazines. Please stop to subscription for me.
    Thank you so much.

  15. I did not order the Vogue magazine but I got 2 copies now and I cannot find anywhere to cancel before I get billed for the year.
No where is there anywhere to cancel by computer. I am hard of hearing and is hard for me to hear on the phone. So your customer service is not useful to me.

Please let me know how to cancel this magazine by email.

    Thank You

The customer # on the magazine is: 1567241367/9

    • I do not understand why your magazine refuses to put our very classy and beautiful First Lady, Melania Trump, on the cover. Magazines should not be partisan. It doesn’t matter who is president. Any time there is a presidential election, about half the country is happy with the results and half the country is mad. The wives of our presidents should not be disrespected just because you personally hate the president. This is very wrong.

  16. I am receiving the magazine Vogue of which I did not order. I need to know how do I cancel this action by Email. Could you please tell me how to do this

This is the only complaint I have about your customer service.

    Thank You

  17. Our Office is interested in receiving both Vogue & Architectural Digest as complimentary subscriptions.

  18. A friend purchased a two years subscription for me as a gift last Christmas, and I’ve not received even one magazine. I have a copy of the mailed subscription. Number noted on form is VOGJ7JS01. Can you confirm editions have been mailed.

    Thank you,
    Karen Smith

  19. I have been receiving magazines such as Vogue, Allure, Bon Appetit, Better Homes and Gardens, and Women’s Health.
I did not subscribe to any of these magazines.
Kindly advise at your earliest convenience.
    Thank you.

  20. Absolutely disgusted that Vogue would stoop so low to have Stormy Daniels featured. I have been a Vogue customer for decades. I will consider cancelling my subscription. Unbelievable that Vogue is adding to promote her cause. Is readership so low?
BTW I am not a Trump supporter by any means!!!!!!

  21. My only comment is I subscribed to Vogue and paid the subscription amount and was suppose to receive a purse, I’ve been getting the magazines but not purse as arrived as of yet, can someone please tell me why?

  22. I ordered a coat and gloves for my daughter on line, then a hat thingy for myself, I got the hat thing and then I saw that it said the hat thing and gloves were coming together but they did not, I only got the hat thing and I took every thing out of the mailed package and turned it inside out, always do, so I know they were not in there, the coat hasn’t come yet and they’re supposed to be a Christmas gift.

  23. I paid renewal subscription to Vogue Mazazine based on receiving promotional large Black Vogue Notebook. Which I have yet to receive. I’ve sent several email’s to vogue customer service and as of yet have not received my promotional gift or response.from customer service.

  24. What a petty low quality magazine you run. Your vial immature comments about the Trump Christmas photo reveals the truth in the statement – if you can’t beat them on the success of their performance take personal shots at them. Despicable behavior on your part

    • Tried calling 2x today to find out WHO sent me this Vogue magazine for the past year? Was it a gift as a joke? (I do not read it) After the first one I received it goes right in the trash
I find being put on hold over 20 minutes to get a question answered is as upsetting as your bias liberal magazine. I do not want it so please remove it for me!!! The First Lady has more class in her little finger than any of your so called models
      Name to follow.

  25. To whom this is of concern,
I am contacting you as a result of having seen the cover of your most recent magazine at a local grocery store. The picture on the cover of this magazine is very sexually suggestive and indecent and harmful especially to children and young viewers. It is highly offensive and degrading to women. I ask that you please replace the picture on the magazine cover with a picture that is decent and not so sexually explicit or somehow get the picture covered up at the stores you distribute it to. Thank you.

  26. How sad that this magazine makes a personal political statement by refusing to feature the First Lady on the cover. Making a polarizing statement when you are in the business of fashion, only displays your sense of entitlement and importance to the consumer. I will never open your magazine again. I am not a political person but I recognize an attempt to manipulation when I see it.

  27. I have looked all over to find a connection to unsubscribe from this magazine but this is as close as I could find. Can you please help me? It hasn’t been easy to accomplish this. Thank you.

  28. I have been looking all over to find a place where I can unsubscribe from this magazine and this is as close as I came. It hasn’t been easy to find a proper place. Can you help me? Thank you.

  29. I have purchased a few pairs of sneakers it has been 2 in a half months and still have not received them.. Iet me know how much longer I have to wait..please contact me..if I don’t get a response I’ll put a stop on this purchase for a refund.. It On my boyfriend credit card Joseph Cardian..

  30. Fun shot of VP but not for the cover. So surprised and disappointed that AW made this decision.
    Really poor judgement.
The blue suit picture is beautiful and respectful. Perhaps you can send that for March cover. L. Paolillo
