Our Experience

When we contacted the customer service department, we were able to reach a live agent in less than three (3) minutes. We have to note, we bypassed the automated system by pressing 0.   1. I am very happy with the help I received. I only have one problem. I complained about oily Western salad dressing. You replied that you would send me an envelope and to send the bar codes. That is good.
    I was wondering why I was sent a large padded envelope.
    Did you want the bottles.?

  3. I am a loyal customer to Dove products since past 7 years. One of the products viz: Shampoo has been a concern for me over the past 6 months. After bath i have noticed that the shampoo leaves a white sticky residue similar to paint on the scalp. It requires three to four rinsing to remove this. I am really concerned of the quality of the product. could you please let me know why this has happened. Thanks

  4. I received a promotion for Magnum icecream: $10 off a movie and up to $25 off dinner when you buy 3 magnum ice cream multipacks and redeem codes on-line. I followed those instructions, and not knowing where to find a code sent Magnum an e-mail and the final e-mail informed me that unilever would reach out to me, but have not heard from Unilever. Thank you for your help in this matter.
