Contacting TNT Customer Service Center
TNT or Turner Network Television is a cable television station, but TNT also stands for a major global shipping company that claims they can send any package, any size to anywhere in the world. The official website provides tracking, customer service and online account access.
There are talks between UPS and TNT of a possible merger. It appears, according to some media outlets, that UPS is only interested in the Express side of the business, but that may change. At this time, TNT is an independent business and is not affiliated with UPS in any way.
Phone Contact Numbers
TNT is available in multiple countries as the company ships all over the world. The phone numbers we’ve listed are for the US customer service base.
- Customer Service: 1-800-558-5555
- Fax: 1-281-876-0523
We were unable to find an address for customer service or the TNT corporate office. This is a new one for us, so we’ve contacted customer service via a feedback email address we found to see if a mailing address can be provided. We will update this piece when we receive the address.
The front page of the official website located at http://www.tnt.com requires you choose a country. The United States is not the default country, so scroll down to nearly the bottom of the country list and select the United States. Once you’ve located the US TNT customer service site, you can log in to your account, track packages and more.
Customer Service Email
The customer service email address to contact TNT is not available, but there is a contact form http://www.tnt.com/feedback/feedbackInitial.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=us listed on the website. You can fill out as little or as much information on the contact form as desired, but you must provide a phone number. We chose to contact TNT about local shipping centers. The company sells the idea that anyone can ship anything to anywhere in the world, but we doubt that is true. We’ll tell you how we faired with customer service.
We wanted to test the TNT customer service call center and we were rather impressed. The call is not answered by an automated system. Your call is immediately placed on hold for the next agent. Our agent, Nora, answered the call in just 41 seconds. We asked the agent to explain the shipping options for TNT. She immediately told us that the official website was the best place to find such information as there were multiple options to choose from. We assume this is how TNT keeps customer hold times down.
