Contacting TNT Customer Service Center

TNT or Turner Network Television is a cable television station, but TNT also stands for a major global shipping company that claims they can send any package, any size to anywhere in the world. The official website provides tracking, customer service and online account access.

There are talks between UPS and TNT of a possible merger. It appears, according to some media outlets, that UPS is only interested in the Express side of the business, but that may change. At this time, TNT is an independent business and is not affiliated with UPS in any way.

Phone Contact Numbers

TNT is available in multiple countries as the company ships all over the world. The phone numbers we’ve listed are for the US customer service base.

  • Customer Service: 1-800-558-5555
  • Fax: 1-281-876-0523

Mailing Address

We were unable to find an address for customer service or the TNT corporate office. This is a new one for us, so we’ve contacted customer service via a feedback email address we found to see if a mailing address can be provided. We will update this piece when we receive the address.

Official Website

The front page of the official website located at http://www.tnt.com requires you choose a country. The United States is not the default country, so scroll down to nearly the bottom of the country list and select the United States. Once you’ve located the US TNT customer service site, you can log in to your account, track packages and more.

Customer Service Email

The customer service email address to contact TNT is not available, but there is a contact form http://www.tnt.com/feedback/feedbackInitial.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=us listed on the website. You can fill out as little or as much information on the contact form as desired, but you must provide a phone number. We chose to contact TNT about local shipping centers. The company sells the idea that anyone can ship anything to anywhere in the world, but we doubt that is true. We’ll tell you how we faired with customer service.

Our Experience

We wanted to test the TNT customer service call center and we were rather impressed. The call is not answered by an automated system. Your call is immediately placed on hold for the next agent. Our agent, Nora, answered the call in just 41 seconds. We asked the agent to explain the shipping options for TNT. She immediately told us that the official website was the best place to find such information as there were multiple options to choose from. We assume this is how TNT keeps customer hold times down.

  1. I would like to request that you put Everybody Loves Raymond back on, instead of that dumb show Family Guy. I love Raymond, but this Family Guy sucks!!! You use to have Raymond on in the afternoon, now there is nothing on to watch. I am usually sick in bed and i really enjoyed some laughs with Raymond. Could you please consider the change.

    Thank you!

  2. I wanted you to know that Major Crimes “Two Options” aired on 7/21/14 was in my opinion the best episode ever done. The show put the viewer right in the police/FBI search and the helicopter involvement, computer reads etc., plus the filming was suburb. This was more exciting than the sillyness that the viewer can’t buy into which has occurred in some of the earlier episodes this season. I hope Fritz is added back into the show as a regular. He adds the Closer touch and is good in this role. I do not think Rusty adds any dimension, well, maybe at first. But now he’s been on too long. I think he should go to college and off the show. The acting between he and “Sharon” is stilted.

  3. Please let me enjoy the PGA championship. Your announcers are making me sick with an excuse for Tiger Woods every single minute. Yes he had back problems but enough is enough , how come he never injures his back in practice or at the range? Always when he is not on the leader board or far behind. Is that going to be a standard excuse every time his is not doing well ….So let us enjoy the other player please.. If it keeps up I will stick to watching the golf channel

  4. Why must you advertise while a movie or show is on? I was watching “The Last Samurai, and in the middle of screen translations, Bam! One of your stupid ads blocked the translation! I don’t know japanese! Totally irritating. Maybe you should make them larger because I can still see some of the shows!!!!

    • It would be very foolish of TNT to cancel Dallas……Dallas is a great and entertaining series on TNT……I have been a loyal Dallas fan/watcher for all 3 seasons and always look forward to next season…..It would be of great disappointment if TNT drops it….loyal fans want there to be a season 4 and so on……the actors are wonderful and the plots are explosive…..how can TNT have three seasons and all of a sudden drop it…w/o any thought to the loyal fans whom invested their tv time in watching it???? If TNT feels its viewing #’s are low on Mondays during september-on into may…then play it back on in the summer months…..when there is hardly much else to see (no football and competition with other longer running shows)….I have notice that summer shows from other broadcasting stations have much higher viewer rating in their shows bc there is not a lot to watch in the summer on TV….another option is change the day and time….Fridays are great…people tend to wind down from a long week. If TNT still decides to cancel……I hope they end up regretting it…..I hope another station picks it up and gets this series to its loyal fans…….

    • Just wanted to let TNT know that I never knew about your cable station until I have heard about Dallas .Dallas is one of the best programs on cablehead now that you’ve taken it away. It’s a shame you did that you had fabulous script writers a great storyline great actors and actresses and you seem to screw that up and now I’ll never watch TNT again.

  8. What are you thinking by cancelling Dallas? I guess you prefer shows like “Castle” and “Family Guy” and some of the others you show over and over on a daily basis. I don’t understand why you would do this to this well-loved and very much watched show. I am so disappointed in your doing this!! I guess I won’t be watching a lot of TNT anymore when there are plenty of other stations to watch!

  9. Why did you cancel DALLAS? That is one of the most intriguing suspenseful shows out there! The rest of your shows are not as thrilling. Please bring back DALLAS!!!

  10. I have watched TNT for many years starting with and ending with “THE CLOSER” Then on to Major Crimes and Rizzoli and Murder in The First! HOWEVER TNT has just lost a viewer as of this past week when I found out it has cancelled DALLAS!!!! As much as I love the shows I just mentioned I will NEVER watch TNT again! DALLAS was and IS a wonderful show! People 18-49 have absolutely NO IDEA what GOOD TV is anyway! TNT has made a MAJOR mistake cancelling DALLAS! I( KNOW I am not alone in this! GOOD-BYE TNT!!!!

  12. Please reconsider the cancellation of Dallas. It is one of my favorite shows, the cast is exceptional. I record each episode or watch on demand if I am away from home. I wonder if you count the recordings or on demand viewing when you publish viewers. Please bring Dallas back!

  13. BRING BACK DALLAS! THERE ARE ABOUT 15 OF US AT WORK ALONE WHO WATCHED IT AND WE ARE ALL ANGRY AT YOUR STATION. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON TV!!! SO, ADVERTISE IT MORE, IF YOU HAD DONE THAT FROM THE GET GO YOU WOULD HAVE HAD MORE VIEWERS…..IT WAS FANTASTIC AND WE ARE BESIDE OURSELVES!

  14. dear TNT
what the hell do you think you’re doing cancelling the best damn show you had in dallas
larry hagman will be turning in his grave at the way you have treated such an amazing masterpiece
    please renew dallas please

  15. I am so sick a tired of having to give you my satellite provider and customer number to watch things on TNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  16. I just cancelled TNT from my cable package! I never write comments on social media or never complain about anything but I am so angry with TNT right now that I will never watch it again!! I cannot believe you cancelled Dallas! It is the only show I ever watch on Tv due to being a mother and Employed full time. This was the only show I ever set time aside to watch…. I grew up watching this show with my mom and gram.I am only 35 years old so this show does appeal to a younger audience as it does an older one. I am so very disappointed guess I’ll find another show on another network! You suck!!!
