Contacting Thunderbird Customer Service Center
Thunderbird is the mail client from Mozilla. Mail clients collect emails from various email addresses so you can access all your messages from one application. The basic function of Thunderbird is to send and receive messages, but there are advanced options available as well, including automatic responses.
Phone Contact Numbers
Mozilla is a company that specializes in the development of free software and applications like the Firefox browser and Thunderbird mail client. When a company offers free applications they often forgo phone customer service support for email and social media support. Call centers are expensive to man. There are no phone numbers listed on the Thunderbird website, but we were able to locate the corporate phone number.

Thunderbird customer service doesn’t necessarily have a mailing address, but you are more than welcome to send Mozilla a message by mail. The Mozilla corporate mailing address is available on the contact and support pages of the Thunderbird website.

You can find the official website for Thunderbird on the Mozilla website at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/. To access customer support click on the Support link at the bottom of the page. From there you can search the Thunderbird customer service database for questions other customers have already asked. This is the fastest way to reach a resolution, but it is not always the most effective way. A more effective way to reach Thunderbird customer service is via social media. While there is no Thunderbird page, there is a Firefox page on Twitter and Facebook.
Customer Service Email
We looked high and low, but we were unable to find an email address or email form for Thunderbird customer service. We did find an Ask a Question page. To send your question click on https://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/new. Fill in the topic, title and details and submit. The question is submitting to a forum, not to the customer service team, which is why you’re asked to give the topic a Great Title.
When we looked through the official website, we noticed several pages of information, including a page similar to a FAQs page. One thing we didn’t notice was details relating to privacy and security. This was the topic of conversation when we contacted the customer support team. The call center was easy to reach. The total wait time was less than 2 minutes. After the agent answered the call, we wanted to know what steps the company has or is going to take to secure our information.
The agent explained that the information collected by the company is not used by third-parties. The agent sent further to inform us the information collected is used by the company to better improve the services, not violate customer privacy. We are leased with the customer service team standing up for Thunderbird. They are knowledgeable and ready to assist, no matter what the question or concern. We would love to hear your story relating to Thunderbird customer service. Share you comments below.
