Official Website

We located the official website for Super 8 hotels at http://www.super8.com/. The site is mainly for promotional purposes; giving customers insight into the hotel, current specials and the ability to book rooms as near or far away as desired all from one central location. If you have a Wyndham Rewards account you can log in to your account from the Super 8 customer service website.

Social Media

Unlike other hotel chains, Super 8 appears to have just one social media page on Facebook. We searched Twitter and YouTube, but found no official pages for the company.

Customer Service Email

If you would rather contact Super 8 customer service by email you can use the contact form on the official website. According to the message above the contact form, Super 8 requests you leave all financial information out of the form for security reasons. Financial information includes debit card, credit card and bank account information.

Our Experience

When we called the Super 8 phone number we expected we would have to listen to multiple options or at least a long introductory message, but that was not the case. Our call was answered in less than 20 seconds. The only message was a hello from Super 8 before the call was picked up.

  1. This Wyoming Michigan location is a disgrace to the Super 8 name. Who is in charge of inspecting your franchises. I’ve stayed in the best Super 8’s and now one of the worst (I won’t even call it Super 8) Never again! Sincerely Wayne Smith. P.S. I stay in over 100 motels per year.

  2. We stayed in super 8 in Hudson,WI 8/5 thru 8/6.
We had a room next to mechanical room. At night we had to use earplugs because of the noise.
Also the air conditioner didn’t cool the room.
Mention it to the checkout person the next morning to have someone check the air conditioning. She said maybe I did not know how to operate correctly, instead I felt she should of said thank you and we will have someone check it out.
Not a very satifed stay. Will have think twice about and super 8 next time traveling.

  3. I am in Nashville tn walked into the super 8 I booked and it was the worst hotel I have ever seen!!!! And I’ve traveled to 3rd world countries with cleaner hotels! I could not get a hold of ANYONE on the customer service phone call and was on hold for 45 mins before I gave up. I am going to make sure I get a hold of someone and get a refund. Super 8 should be embarrssed to have such a disgraceful place!

  4. My husband & I stayed at the Super 8 Beachfront in Mackinaw City, Michigan October 17 & 18, leaving October 19. My complaint is concerning the Continental Breakfast. Variety of food was fine. While we were eating I noticed how dirty the floor was. It looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in a very long time. 2 girls were sitting at the front desk. My assumption is 1 of them took care of the Breakfast area, I think this because she wore gloves. I know it was late in the season but to me there is no excuse for not sweeping a floor. We didn’t eat there the 2nd morning, I didn’t want to see the filth. Just thought you should know we will not be staying there again.
