Showboat Atlantic City customer service is answered by a loud automated message. You are given a long list of options to choose from and the options are spoke extremely fast. You can press 1 for casino host, 2 for reservations, 3 for bus operations, 4 for customer service, 5 for convention and catering, 6 for billing. After pressing 4 you will be moved to another long list of options. By the time we reached the customer service desk we’d been on the phone for more than three minutes just listening to available options. 1. i noticed in your monthly rewards flyer you mail to me that you have 5x reward credit multipler at all your casinos in atlantic city except showboat. you want your preferred clients who have been faithful to you to go to your other casinos to get the 5x and you penalize your showboat players. we arent inclused in this gift. do you think this is fair to your loyal supporters? just want to go on record that i think this slap in the face in disgraceful

  2. Showboat representative, Bob working on 5/20 at 9:30pm took a call from me asking for help was the rudest person I have spoken to. He did not help me with my Internet issue, did not offer a suggestion minus call back when we are not busy with customers. What am I?
He was very rude and not helpful and left me very dissatisfied. Plus the fact that I waited 8 minutes to speak with him. Horrible customer service! Enough to make me NEVER come back to this hotel and make sure everyone knows.

  3. I checked in at showboat for July 4th weekend and paid a lot of money! We checked out today – Sunday and accidentally left an item in our room. I called front desk and looked for Jonathan who helped us when we checked in because I remembered he said to call and look for him if I need help or have questions. I spoke to him over the phone and he said he will call me back to check item left in the room. After almost 3 hours, he did not call so I called back and this time he did not pick up my call and just told his co employee that I should contact Lost and Found. Guess what – Lost and found is close on Sundays!!!! What a help!
At the time I called front desk, I called house keeping too to make sure that whoever will clean the room is aware that we have an item left in the room. A lady said to call at 5pm which I did – and when I called her shift finished at 5 and a man who answered told me to call Security…what the people! Is this the way they treat guests just because I am no longer in the hotel? I paid 400$ a day and this is the help I get?
I have another hope – lady from Security by the name of Ivy is trying to help…I will call at 7:30 and hopefully she will be of help.

  4. Hi- was very dissatisfied with our stay at the showboat aug 11 thru aug 13, 2013, We were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary & had a lot of problems with our room.
. The bathroom shower faucet was missing the pull up for the shower & we had a geyser spraying all over the place, I put a washcloth over the hole where the piece was missing but the water pressure was very low. There were stains all over the rugs in the room & in the hallway & the 2nd day of our stay the room was not cleaned. We have stayed at showboat many, many times & have never experienced an unhappy stay until now. I hope you address these problems for future guests but I will not be staying at your hotel in the future.

  5. On Friday, December 27th while playing the slots and video poker I dropped a tan wallet from Morocco that contained seven one hundred dollar bills. I believe I lost the money near the cashier at Showboat. It was in the morning before Noon. Unfortunately, my name was not in the wallet which was tan and where I always keep my gambling money. We reported the lost to security and left our home information. This is clearly my fault but I am hopeful that something might show up on your camera or in lost and found. I realize that my chances are slim. Nevertheless, I enjoyed playing at Showboat and having lunch at the French buffet. The cashier and the slot attendant were both very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will just have to be more careful in the future. By some miracle if anyone finds the wallet–no money of course– I would love to have it back. We will return to Showboat in the future.

  6. Tried making a reservation in professional people that’s why the casino is closing down (showboat Atlantic city n.j )
