We sent a message asking the customer service department if our credit card will be charged after the trial period ends. The anticipated response time is one business day. Our Experience

We wanted to ask the tough questions when we contacted the customer service department. Several complaints we saw online claimed the company charges customers even if they return the free trial. When we called, we endured the automated system for more than 10 minutes. After the wait, we asked the agent how a customer ensures their credit card will not be charged after the trial period ends.

The representative explained in order for a credit card not to be charged, customers must cancel prior to the 30 day mark. In essence, customers should not wait until the final day, due to processing. We then asked how customers are refunded a charge. The agent explained customers must file a grievance and wait the allotted time frame.

  1. Please tell me why you advertise trying Sensa for $4.95 for one month w/ no shipping chargee, and then, as soon as I push submit, my credit card is being charge $9.95? I’m confused and need answers.

I purchased sensa with no problem ,I called and canceled it due to a allergic reaction to my mouth and face after blood work and dr appointments I called sensa to warn them and they wouldnt let me speak to someone higher up or even have anyone call me back,At that time the lady told me she couldnt send me a box to return it to just keep it so I threw it away she said I wouldnt be charged and I was a month later they took the money 95.00 out of my account .All my Dr’s bill werent covered by insurance I owe them 300 so for my account to debited is just crazY I HATE being lied to and noone from sensa will contact me I have emailed and called all day everday …Im not hard to contact 334 376 4020

  8. I got an email from SENSA asking me why I looked at the produt and did not order – well here is the reason:- not that I owe you one!:
    I did not reply YET for several reasons. One – we are going away for a few days and do not want items coming to our house even though we have someone here at times. Two – the “FREE” 30-day trial will not be free after the 30 days – then I will be charged for the two months.:( Where is the “FREE” stuff? Three – Also I don’t like the fact that you send future products without us requesting them – what if I want to stop after the two months or after 4 months? How do I stop the automatic sending? I only need to lose 10 pounds, maybe 15 or 20, just to be safe!
    Now you tell me I can only pay $1.95 for shipping? – well, I will take you up on that offer when we get back – thank you! And I am referring your company to my son-in-law who needs to lose over 100 pounds! So if you do right by me you will have another customer who needs a lot more than I do!!!
    AND WHY CAN WE NOT CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL SINCE YOU ARE SO GOOD AT CONTACTING US THAT WAY?

  9. excited when I received the Sensa. Went thru 2 orders very disappointed I only lost two lbs. I called and spoke an agent and she said all I have to do is sprinkle the Sensa on everything I eat. I have been doing the sprinkling faithfully but it’s not doing anything for me. please close my account. DO NOT send Sensa automatically. Thank you

  19. i spent the 4.95 to try it just to find out in order for me to cancel the next month i have to mail back all 4 containers (even if you threw out the old ones) i dug threw the dumpster and trash in the pit for burning found the containers contacted them set up the return. paid for shipping yesterday took it to the post office JUST TO FIND OUT FROM THE POST OFFICE SENSA GAVE ME A FALSE ADDRESS THAT ISNT EVEN A OFFICE. ITS SOME MANS APARTMENT.

  20. The customer reps are very rude. When you call to cancel your membership, they do not listen to you and still try and offer you ways to keep your business. I can understand that but when a customer says they no longer want it, they should just shut up and leave us alone.

  21. It seems a little silly to require you pay for shipping with a free sample. Free is free… Guess I won’t be trying. Other weight loss products send samples without paying. I will use on of them.

  22. Please cancel my Sensa account, I have been charged an additional $60.00. This was not ordered. I canceled my account shortly after the first order, Sensa has charged my credit card, I have notified the credit card to block the transaction and add the money back to my card;. I have also tried calling several times to find out the company is closed even though the message gives working hours Monday thru Friday starting at 7:00 AM.   24. I have been calling the Sensa Company to cancel my order and have not gotten any answers also just a recording. What is going on?

  25. I have been trying to call sensa at their 800 number since thursday, 10/23/2014. Also, their web site continually says it cannot connect to website. Although I connect to all other websites. I have an autopayment on 10/29/2014 I have been trying to cancel any way I can, but to no avail. Today is Tuesday 10/28/2014, so what’s up with this?

WHY can’t I speak to a live person or get some direction from SENSA. You advertise easy cancellation when you get your trail sample this has ands is not Mt experience!!!
