We sent an email to the customer service department asking for information relating to the parts exchange service. In particular, we wanted to know if the service was available for customers living outside of the United Kingdom. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating the customer service department would respond within 24 hours. After waiting less than 60 minutes, we received a response from a live agent with a response to our concern.
