We sent along an email about clearance pricing to see just how long it takes for an agent to respond. The immediate response after our email was sent claimed we would hear back within 24 hours. On the form you are asked for your home phone. Simply place your area code followed by zeros if you do not want customer service to contact you by phone.

Our Experience

There is no need to attempt to press 0 to bypass the automated system when calling customer service because there is no system. There is a brief message and then the call is answered by an agent. Our call waited about 35 seconds before being answered. The customer service phone number listed on the website is for Reebok website customer service. We asked the agent if this was the number for all of customer service and she told us this line could be used for all customer needs.

  1. What can I do?I bought Reebok Easitone shoes for the padding and comfort.I work in a shop and spend the whole day on my feet.I’m 62 years of age and do no jogging or hiking.

    I’ve had the shoes for about a year and although the shoe is brand new the soles are coming apart in the centre portion where the sole have been ballooned.Also the soles itself hardly shows any signs of wear.

    The Sales assistant promised me that if I use the shoes for the purpose I subscribe what I want to use them for, it could last my anything from 5 to 10 years because they have been designed for heavy exercise for younger athletes.

    I am very disappointed because the shoes are very comfortable to wear and it supports my light frame(67 kg)very well.

    Is there someone who can direct this e-mail to a caring representative who can direct me what to do.Any directive will be highly welcomed and appreciated.

    Premier Phoenix size 9 1/2 DMXRIDE,Play dry with a mesh top. The Reebok stores have not been very helpful, as they have in
    the past. Reebok does not make that shoe anymore, nothing to replace it, did not offer to help put the shoe on they brought me, no suggestions. Wonderful shoe. Help

  3. hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

    I have been wearing your classic nylon for years and continue doing so even though you changed the shoe’s insole. However, up to a few mos. ago, I ordered from Zappos and Reebok outlet in Aurora, IL … what did you do to the shoe? It’s more narrow and pointed and lower in height. I tried a ½ size bigger and still fits too tight, especially in the toe box. I contacted your online reebok number and they said they have had complaints and that, yes, you did change the style.

    Why … is there anyway I can find the “older” version of this shoe. Last time I ordered was 11/13 from Champs and got the right shoe; but now, as I said, it’s the newer version.

    Please reconsider going back to your previous look in this shoe. It is most disappointing

  4. I have been buying reebok walking and running shoes for 32 years A week go I washed my reeboks that were less than a year old and they fell completely apart. This is the first time this has happened to me. Hardly any glue was holding the shoe together. It came apart in three pieces.I have sent the damaged soes to the President and CEO at headquarters s they can see the faulty manufactureing of the shoe. The guy that put this shoe together probably was refused by his wife the night before.

  7. I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nicole Cristo and I often visit the Reebok Outlet in San Marcos Texas. I’m sure you are well aware that many Mexicans like myself constantly visit the tanger outlets in San Marcos a couple of times a year to make large purchases because these stores are not always available to us in our country. We are the demographic that keep these outlets in business and are loyal consumers.

    I’m writing to you today because I’d like some insight on your retail policies. My family and I are huge crossfit fanatics to the point where we even have our own gyms in our home countries. We constantly purchase Reebok apparel in the outlets in San Marcos and easily drop thousands of dollars at once on apparel FOR OURSELVES. Apparently, because we shop at this particular location so often we are no longer welcome. The manager Katherine has become increasingly rude and only allows me to purchase 4 pairs of sneakers now and limits me on what she can sell me as far as clothes. What is more ridiculous is that if I come to the store with my brother or sister or mother, we “as a group” can only purchase limited quantities as well. So now if my grandmother wants to buy christmas or birthday gifts at reebok, she is prohibited from doing so because we are all considered a group who “purchases too much”.

    As a consumer, I have never encountered a limit on purchasing anything and its disgraceful to have to be monitored while I shop. The managers in this location treat us as if we are stealing things or a burden on their store. I feel harassed while shopping and this is not what a consumer should feel when walking into a retail location. The managers at this store also do not honor my coupons even though there are no limits in the fine print. I do not understand. I have tried to contact reebok customer service multiple times and I get no response. If there are policies about too much shopping, I’d be happy to oblige, but its something that I have never experienced anywhere else EVER. I would hate to go to another location because it would be really inconvinient, but I dont want to feel harassed while I shop. I am loyal to the reebok brand but dont want to experience this any longer. it’s like we are being banned from a store.

    Could a higher manager get in touch with me?

  8. please bring back the men’s EasyTone walking shoes. I have not been able to find anything nearly as comfortable and cushioning as your EasyTone line from a few years ago. Please bring them back, please please please!

  9. I recently purchased a new pair of Reebok running shoes with memory foam. I am sadly disappointed with this purchase. I have had them for only 2 months and the mesh has come apart at the seams on both shoes. These shoes have never been washed nor worn in the rain. It seems to me this is a poor product. I have purchased several Nike shoes that have that same similar style and have never had this happen in such a short amount of time. I think Nike will be getting my money from now on!

  14. I was in a car accident the other day, wearing my Reebok Classic sneakers. The car ran over both my feet. In the Emergency Room, I showed the doctors the tire tread marks across my white sneakers. They were very impressed because no bones were broken in either foot. Massive bruising and swelling but nothing more. Thank you, Reebok!

On August 2015 bought a pair of rapid response boots and I love them unfortunately three months ago the teeth on the zipper of the right foot boot started falling off and the zip came off track, and now it won’t shut at all… Someone told me you guys garanty that zipper, is it true??   17. Received a pair of reebok shoes as a gift for Christmas.wore 3 maybe 4 times. The left shoe has a problem on the stitching in the toe area.everytime I have put shoes on I have to remove after an hour due to the stitching hurting my left foot. No problem with the right shoe . Called customer service twice. Was told I would receive an email concerning the issue. Only email I have received was reebok trying to sell shoes. Seen no one cares about the customers that have purchased your products! Only more sales.the lady said reebok don’t do exchanges! So I guess customers don’t matter to reebok! That’s fine . I own 7 pair of reeboks. Will never ever buy another pair. If the company doesn’t care about the consumers ! They have lost a loyal customer of over 20 years ! REEBOK thanks for nothing !!!!

  20. I recently bought a pair of your reeboks and found they were not as comfortable as I had remembered.. I once had a pair a few years back and never had this experience. If built for comfort…..just not seeing that. My feet were SCREAMING
    I realized there was no arch support and is probably why. First pair ever ordered off a website and will never do again. Thank you for taking a tiny moment to listen to feedback.

  21. This isn’t a comment about customer service. I grew up in the 90’s and I had a pair of the 54-11’s but they weren’t the original ones with the flat soles. The soles were ridged kinda like the Reebok classics. I can’t find a picture of them anywhere. I really wish you guys would release them again, even if just for a limited time. They were great and very popular with my age group.

  22. I am a mail carrier and go through about 2 pair of shoes a year. I had a pair of $142 shoes come apart after about 3 months. I called customer service and they would not do anything without a receipt. I don’t have a receipt. I just wanted to send them in and get them replaced. I won’t be buying any more reebok shoes.
