Our Experience

If you have an issue for Quality Inn customer service you’ll need to contact Choice Hotels. The automated system is answered by an opening message, but you are not given the option to choose the hotel you are calling about. Our call was transferred after the introduction message to a customer service agent, Sharon. Sharon answered our question about booking online in just a few minutes. When we asked about the deep cleaning schedule for rooms at a local Quality Inn she was a little less helpful. After being placed on hold Sharon asked for our call back information so she could research the question and call us back.

  1. Would not stay again – rooms were not very clean, bathroom was nasty, one of the towels had a stain on it. The rugs were damp and smelly. Had to endure no sleep due to drunken kids swearing, fighting, being disruptive in front of my room all night and phone in room did not work to be able to call the front desk to have them do something about it – not a good experience

  2. I am in Laramie WY, on a motercycle. We come to the hotel after being in 50 mile in hour winds all day. We walked in and the lady at the front desk was so nice. She helped my dad and I out so much. The hotel is cheaper then the motel we stand in Cody WY. Witch was disgusting. I would tell everyone about this hotel.

  3. extremely dirty and nasty rooms. condition of the carpet is very old and ugly…. graffiti on one of the walls.
    front desk person unbelievably poor customer service, unfriendly, argumentative and threatened us with the police after we called in and kindly asked to extend check-out time from 11 am to 12 pm (we checked-in after
    4 am in the morning coming from out of State. Very bad
    experience. Will complaint to Health Department

  4. Horrible management at baytown texas off of garth rd. Charged a ridiculous pet fee and didn’t care if customer was satisfied at all. Very dissatisfied. Will never stay at another quality inn and will let everyone know

  5. Your wonderful staff is mailing my son’s stuffed animal back to him after a stay at the Quality Inn New Port News, VA. I spoke with Jay. He was understanding and kind. I am so thankful for his wonderful customer service!

  6. stayed in Watertown n.y. quality inn found out after we registered it is a pet friendly, how you people feel about sleeping in a bed that has housed a dog is your right but we do not all agree . allergies, smell,a real favourite is a dog dodo right on the floor in the hall . we were not at all impressed, why do you not put aside rooms especially for dog lovers, then we do not have to go through the illness attaches to the dogs. At the price we are paying I think it only fair to do somthing

  7. not a nice comment watertown n.y. hotel dog friendly. did not know until we went for dinner and had a nice dog business in the hall from a very large dog. We do not like the idea for the price we pay., that we have been sharing a bed with dogs smell dog hair, as they certainly do not wash the bed covers after a dog has slept there designate proper rooms for family with pets.

  8. On the date : Nov. 19 /2014 I reserved a single room in Quality Inn hotel for 4 nights on 53-05 Queens Blvd. New York 11377 tel: 718-205-1500
    The receptionist at that time was miss Tisa .
    She got my credit card and swiped it claiming that is for guarantee.
    The next evening November 20/2014 I came to the hotel at 6 pm in a need to prepare myself for a meeting at 7 pm and I found the cleaning ladies working in the room and I could not get ready and I had to cancel an important business meeting. I never had an experience that the a hotel room is being cleaned at 6 pm.
    The next morning I went to the reception and I met again miss Tisa . I asked her specifically if she did draw or blocked any amount on my credit card and her answer was NO. Then I preferred to pay in cash and I paid her $ 428 cash. When I asked her for a paid in cash receipt she refused to give me claiming that the receipt will be given to me when I will leave the hotel. I asked her just to give me something where is will say $ 428 pain in cash but she refused.

    I left the hotel very unsatisfied and I went to a parts store were I tried to use my credit card and I found out that is not enough mony in my account. I went to TD bank and I found that the I have a blockage for $ 238.56 from Quality Inn . I called from the bank miss. Tisa trying to explain her what the bank said and her very un polite answer was ” I do not care what the bank say ”
    I came back to the hotel and I asked to speak with the manager and I got yelled by her saying that the manager does not have a certain time to come inn.
    I left a message to the manager Mr. Patel to contact me upon arrival and I gave a fax number that the bank said that if the manager would send a fax that can be release tha fund will be released immediately. Until I left the hotel ob 23 of Nov. I did not received any call from any hotel staff.
    The next morning Nov. 21 at the breakfast time located on the mezzanine floor one of the kitchen worker ( can describe with a tail and cap ) was talking to the receptionists Miss Tisa and another gentlemen behind the desk very loud from the mezzanine down to the reception making me listen to the news and enjoying breakfast impossible. I asked them to lower their voices but they did not and continued to talk in their language very , very loud.

    It is very sad to experience those bad behaviors from the management staff were the hotel fairly new is very well located and with big investment were you can enjoy staying but not to be treated so bad and unfriendly personnel.

    I’m in the Quality Inn on Admiral Way in Salt Lake City, Utah. I’ve been in my room for one hour, but I’m having trouble breathing. There is new carpet here, and I have asthma. The carpet and the cleaning solutions that are used here are really strong. I’m coughing, dizzy, and my chest is tight from not breathing well. I called the front desk, but the manager said I can’t get a refund. If I leave I will lose the $90+ I’m spending here.

    The man at the desk named Cory is very helpful, but the manager here will not approve a refund.
    Could you please help me with a refund? If I have to leave here from not being able to breathe in this hotel, I have wasted a lot of money. I’m also travelling with my dog.

    This is stressful to not be able to breathe. Could you please contact me?

    Last night I stayed in the quality inn in Payson Utah. It was very clean and had no strong odors in the hotel or rooms. I would like to go back to that room tonight, but I can’t be charged for both.

    I will highly recommend Quality Inn if you could please help me.
