Our Experience

When customers contact the customer service department, you will need to have a policy number of wait until the system connects with the operator. When the customer service agent answered the call, they will in turn direct the call to the customer service department. We asked the agent for information relating to payment assistance programs.

The agent explained customers needing assistance should attempt to contact the customer as soon as they realize they are facing a financial hardship. The customer should they request for an extension if possible and inquire about adjusting the payment to a bi-annual or annual payment instead of a monthly or quarterly payment. Great customer service from a professional agent. Tell us your Progressive stories.

  1. It would appear that the CSR’s working the Louisiana sector on Saturday August 9, 2014 should all consider asking for retraining starting today.

  2. I have spend the whole day trying to e-mail my cancalation information. I have spoken with a number of agents who give me information that just do not work. It seem that you do not have any consideration for your customer. I have been with progressive for five years. sorry i have to leave but that is your fault. All i need at this time is a simple e-mail address so i can cancle my policy!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Thank you!

  3. I was rear ended by one of your clients on July 8th . My truck sat in a body shop for four days and nothing was done. I picked my vehicle up to avoid a $50.00 dollar a day storage fee. The adjuster called on Friday gave me no information and said she would call on Monday July 20th. She never called ! Now it is 14 days since your client rear ended me and my vehicle sits with a compartment that has my tools in it and I can’t get them out ! This was supposed to be done while in the body shop. Who is going to compensate me for lost work because My tools are stuck in my vehicle now for 14 days. There was also property loss and no one has addressed that issue ! What kind of company are you ?

  4. I pay less than $30 a month for my current vehicle policy. How stupid do you think I am to think I will switch to you and pay well over twice as much?

    mln,

  5. I would never get this insurance again I had my car stolen and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with this company. I have been the one at loss and there investigating me I feel like they think I’m lying this has been awful and I am not finished with this claim yet.
