Priority Club is a rewards program allowing customers to earn points simply by dining out. The more you dine out at participating restaurants, the more points earned. The initial step to sign up for service is simple. Register a credit card, dine at a participating restaurant and earn approximately eight (8) points for every dollar spent. If you want additional information pertaining to the program or need to ask questions, contact the customer service department by email, traditional mail, through social media or phone.

Aside from the traditional ways to connect with the customer service department, we utilized social media in order to send a message. We asked about the hours of operation for international customers. Our message was answered within 30 minutes.

Customer Service Email

There was only one email address listed on the official Priority Club website. Our message centered on the expiration of points and the redemption process. After sending our message, we received a response stating a customer care agent would respond within 48 hours.

Our Experience

Contacting the customer service team at Priority Club was fast and efficient. When we called the hotline, we encountered an automated system. In order to bypass the options, we selected zero (0). After waiting less than 30 seconds, we reached a live agent. We discussed several policies and procedures. To our delight, the customer service agent was knowledgeable about every aspect of the program. We like when customers are put first. Our overall experience with Priority Club was perfect.
