There is no email address for form for people who don’t have a Pier 1 Imports credit card, but if you do have a card you can register for online account access and submit a question to the customer care team.

Our Experience

The automated system for Pier 1 Imports credit card customer service is voice activated, which can be a hassle. If you keep pressing 0 every time the option list starts your call will be transferred to an agent without you having to deal with multiple options, entering personal information or any of those time-consuming details. We do not have a Pier 1 credit card, so we asked the agent for the mailing address for payments. We were surprised that she placed us on hold for at least a minute before returning with the address.

  1. I will Never do business with your company or Pier 1 ever Your bank stinks and only trys to extort late fees from people who pay off their accounts. If you are a few days late, even though you pay out the acct. then you are charged fees upon fees. I paid mine off and ignored other mail from you and 3 months later am harassed at 8:30 in the morning telling me I am 3 months past due! Get blood out of a turnip. It doesn’t work. I am reporting you to the BBB and also to the credit bureaus.If this is the only way your bank can make any money then you need to just close up!

  2. I called Comenity/Pier 1 customer service so that I could pay my bill early online. My password needed to be reset for some odd reason. She asked for my personal information and still could not help me to log in. She really didn’t offer any additional help other than to reset my password. I log into this account once a month and this is the first time that I have been told to reset my password. What an inconvenience since I can’t do this until I get to my home computer. The young lady was not helpful AT ALL and unprofessional with an attitude. It was a TOTAL waste of time and energy for her to tell me in the end that I needed to reset my password It’s ridiculous and one of the worst resolutions from customer care. How about a temporary password and reset option so that I could pay today. Thanks a lot!!!

  3. I have never had a problem with pier 1. i have been treated with nothing but respect since I first started doing business with them. I do enjoy shopping and buying at their stores.

  4. I DON’T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PIER ONE, BUT I DO WITH THIS ONLINE PAYMENT. LAST MONTH I PAID ONLINE WITH COMENITY.NET/PIER1. I LOGGED INTO THAT TONIGHT AND GOT MY.CHECK.ME PAY NOW.I SUBMITTED MY INFO,THEN IT SHOWED A 5.99 SERVICE CHARGE IN THE TOTAL.IT ALSO STATED MY PAYMENT WOULD BE MADE BY 5/20/14! THAT’S ABSURD ! I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME.I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION# OR PAGE TO PRINT. I’LL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. WHY DID THE ON-LINE PAYMENT COMPANY CHANGE? I NEED SOME ANSWERS.

    My Wife has been trying to get an issue solved but is not having a lot of luck. By mistake we paid $4500.00 OVER on our last bill. It is a lot on money and we need it back to pay other bills. The other Bills are starting to go delinquent. We contacted customer service and have spoken to two supervisors starting on the week on May5th. NO ONE IS RETURNING CALLS.
    Pier one has had out money for OVER 15 days… we need it back… can wait anymore…

    This is my first attempt to try and resolve this…I will continue to send emails until someone contacts us..

  6. imagine my surprise when I was told I could not change the billing date on my account not to mention the $25.00 late fee. The total bill on my account is:$95.00 with a minimum payment of $25.00. Am I the only one of your customers who thinks this is excessive? I would like to keep the card open, however at this type of service I am considering paying in full and closing the account.

  7. First they mailed my credit card to the wrong address, After realizing that I had not received my card, I called Comenity Bank. They said they would issue a new card & send to my correct address. In the meantime, I got a bill with late fees and interest mailed just one day after I picked up my merchandise. I called & they removed the charges.Today I got a bill with the late fee and interest.. Called & was told the late charges were removed. Bottom line while I was happy to save 10% on my purchase, it was certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with Comenity Bank! I plan to pay off and close my account ASAP!! And will definitely insist on a closure notice from Comenity Bank in writing!! What a rip-off. & scam!! Makes me want to discontinue business with Pier 1, as well.

  8. I think this bank stinks I will pay my bill (if I ever get it in the mail)then never gomtompier1. Try to go online is pulling teeth. Trying to get civil answers from staff stinks. How do you stay in business?

I lost the paper on which my $10 rewards were printed and no one in the store can help me. you need to have a way that the cashier can look up the dollar amount that your customers have in rewards. I guess its just $10 that I cant receive so what is the sense of having this card. also my card has been stolen and trying now to find a quick way to cancel my card. please help!

  10. Somehow I was assigned electronic bill payment from Comenity bank. Not knowing that as I have always received a paper statement , I was charged a late fee which after calling was removed. They said I would receive a paper statement next, In the meantime, I was contacted by Comenity Bank wanting my bank info and I explained the situation. He made a note of it about the paper statement, again! Today in an email they said I was late again. I called and explained everything again and was told I had to pay the late fee, I was told the paper statement was mailed yesterday. How can I pay the bill if I didn’t get the bill! They won’t waive the fee so I told them I will not be using the Pier One card again. I will close my account and may not shop at Pier One again.

  13. I am trying to pay by phone with out speaking to a person I am not getting the option to do it electronically I keep getting sent to speak to a representative. Is the system for this down? I usually call in and use the pay by phone option

  14. I love Pier One. I buy a lot there. In the last few months I bought several things. I used my Pier One credit card,. I got my bill for $202. I mailed my check on Oct. 27th. That gave it 6 days to get there by the first! Apparently it got there on the second and I got billed $25.00 late charges plus interest. I called today but they were too busy to take my phone call. I paid the late charges but feel they were unfair. I allowed plenty of time for my check to get there. I cant control the mail! I would like to have that credit put back on my Pier One card.

  15. You make it incredibly hard to get off a list you have. I keep receiving texts and can’t cancel them. You closed the Pier 1 I went to quite often. Now I don’t do any business with you
