We sent an email relating to the hours of the customer service department. After we sent our message, we received a response stating a customer service agent would respond shortly. We are still awaiting a response.

We contacted the Panda Express customer service team and the options were straight forward. The company provided two options, one being for the customer service survey and the other being for the customer service department. We chose the latter and within 30 seconds, we were speaking with a customer service agent. Since the call was starting off on the right foot, we didn’t want to spoil the occasion. We asked for information regarding potential food allergens and where we could find information relating to this topic. The agent explained, even though the company uses food allergens such as peanuts, the meals are created in a safe environment as to avoid cross-contamination and potential illness.
