Customer Service Email
Calling and writing can be time consuming. Email is the fastest means of contacting nTelos customer service, especially if the issue is general and requires no immediate response. Customers can email nTelos customer service at email@example.com. You may want to include your account number or phone number in the email, for a more personalized response, but never include your online account password, security pass code or any other information that could be used to steal your identity.
Your call to nTelos customer service will be answered with a sales message or company news message. After the message you will be given a long list of options. Choose 1 for account balances, 2 for sales, 3 for lost/stolen/voicemail problems, 4 for tech support, 5 for contract terms and conditions. If you press nothing the call will be transferred to a customer service agent. We were placed on hold where the automated system told us the wait times were longer than normal and we could request a call back if desired. The wait times on the day we called were in excess of 10 minutes.
