Our Experience

Reaching the NJ Unemployment was quite a task. We called the main number and when we reached the operator, our call was transferred. This occurred several times before we reached the customer service department. The representative explained that they were limited with the amount of information they could discuss, but were willing to answer select questions. The questions related to filing clams online and in-office. The agent assisted us and by the end of the call addressed our concerns. The overall experience was great, but what about you? We want to hear your stories. Share your thoughts with us in the comment section.
