We sent an email to the customer service department asking for information relating to the return policy and any applicable warranties on apparel. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating the customer service department would respond within 7 to 10 business days.

Customers must have patience in order to reach Newport-News. We called the corporate headquarters, listened to the options and made our selection. After waiting approximately three (3) minutes, the call was disconnected. We attempted to call again, with similar results. This process occurred several times with no resolution. We have to note, a company should remain connected to the customer. Newport-News does not do an exceptional job at customer service.
