When searching the Nestle website, we noticed several email addresses designed to reach the customer service department. We tested each to see which one would respond first. The message surrounded returning recalled items. Each of the automated responses claimed a representative would answer our concerns as soon as possible, but gave no appropriate time table as to when.

Our Experience

We like Nestle. Not just because the company produces some of the best products on the planet, but rather the company puts the needs of the customer first. We knew calling Nestle, we would encounter the standard automated system. We expected the call to take longer, but were surprised when we reached a live agent in less than 90 seconds. When we spoke with the agent we embraced their professionalism and compassion for their job. Although the total amount to time we spoke to the customer service department was less than 5 minutes, we didn’t want to end the call. The call went well from start to finish.
