The social media pages offer more than product information. There were several instances where customer concerns and questions were resolved by the customer service department. On average, the customer service team responded to customer concerns in less than 24 hours.

Customer Service Email

Customers wishing to connect with the customer service department by email, will need to utilize the customer feedback form. In order to expedited you correspondence, you will need to add personal information, but this is not required. We sent a message asking for information on care of the machines. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating a customer care agent would respond within 48 hours. We are still awaiting a response.

Our Experience

When we called the customer service hotline, we encountered an automated system with four (4) available options. In order to reach the customer service department, you will need to press four (4). As soon as we selected the appropriate option, the call connected to a live agent. We asked several questions relating to returning products purchased as gifts. The customer service agent explained the return process and the call ended. The overall experience was perfect. The customer service agent was helpful and professional.   1. I purchased my coffee maker to collect late on Friday, I heard about the new Christmas promotion and It was Friday when i signed up to collect my coffee maker, The order date was two days as i took tow days for delivery so I was not on your books as a customer reply indicated that I would not
    receive the promotion so had no option but to return this item, I was using a friends coffee maker
    so had no option but to return the coffee maker, I did buy the coffee and new customer gift, Felt i could return, cannot return coffee, So went to shop for milk fort forther and now use a good coffee plunger and the result are very much as good so thank you very much for saving me over two hundred pounds extra in my Bank account in time for a lovely Christmas.
    Will not be a returning customer in the now year, Makes just as good results or even better,

  3. Called customer service yesterday and spoke with your CSR, Maryanne.
    Wow!! was she great. Didn’t rush me, took plenty of time to resolve my issues and wouldn’t leave me until she made sure I understood how the machine and frother both work and gave me some tips on how to improve my Nespresso beverages.
    This young lady is to be commended for service above and beyond the call of duty.
    Color me a Nespresso advocate from now on.
