Mailing Address

Customers can either send communications to the below addresses or visit the customer service department in person. The main offices operate on winter and summer schedules. The winter months are November to April and the summer months are May to October. The Ely office is open during winter months Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. During the summer months, the office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 6pm.

The social media pages are relatively active. There were open lines of communication between customers and customer service. The average response time was less than two (2) hours.

Customer Service Email

There is no customer feedback form or an email system to send messages to the customer service department. The only “email” form we noticed was one to send relating to problems with the actual website. We sent a message asking if Mt. Wheeler Power had a dedicated customer email form or a feedback form to address general questions and concerns.

Our Experience

Calling Mt. Wheeler Power was quite an experience. We called the customer service hotline and connected with a live agent in less than 60 seconds. The agent was pleasant and rather helpful. We voiced several concerns relating to transferring service and the applicable fees. Instead of just directing us to the website, the agent answered our question as if we were the only customer.
