We sent an email to the customer service department asking for information relating to the hours of operation. There was no information pertaining to our request on the website. The automated response we received stated the customer service department would respond to our request within 24 to 48 hours.

Our Experience

When we called the hotline for Moviefone, we were directed to the corporate headquarters at AOL. After listening to the options, we made our selection and reached the customer service department. We waited for more than five (5) minutes. Once the agent answered the call, we discussed the inclusion of service charges and fees associated with the service. The agent explained that local and state taxes apply. We liked that the agent was thorough, but the wait time was unacceptable. Was your customer service experience any better?
