We sent an email to the customer service department asking for information relating to the return policy in the event customers must cancel a reservation. We are still waiting for a response.

Our Experience

There is little wait when we contacted the customer service department. We waited less than 30 seconds prior to the customer care agent answering the call.   1. I WANT TO KNOW THE FAX NUMBER FOR MEGABUS TRANSPORT IN GAUTENG I WANT TO BOOK ABUS TO TRANSPORT LEARNERS FOR A TOUR TO KZN-DURBAN FROM THE 6TH OF OCTOBER IN THE MORNING AND WE SHALL COME BACK ON FRIDAY THE 10TH. I NEED A QUOTE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

  2. Hello, I bought ticket online last week Saturday to go to London with the return tickets. When I bought the ticket the transaction was successfully because I checked my account and £16.50 has been taken from my account included the charges for the booking .I was told that my reservation ticket would be sent to my email address to print out but unfortunately I haven’t seen any confirmation until now, so I don’t know what happened and my journey will start on 6th of May to return on 11th of May 2015. Please, can you help me check what happened because I have not got any confirmation. I ‘m confused because such a thing had never happened to me before since I started booking ticket online, immediately I finished booking they will send my ticket to my email address to print out.   4. need your fax number . I was charge twice for same trip. Megabus will send refund but will charge me $2.50 for booking fee . for something i did not book. This is not right .i have travel with megabus many time .

  5. I want to HIGHLY compliment one of your bus drivers that drove the bus my 80 year old father took last month from Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA. TARA was AWESOME!!! She was patient with my father, assured him all was well, was very friendly, personable, patient, etc., even with me as I was dropping my father off and getting him settled on the bus.

    I have put my father on planes, trains and buses and even though we have had great customer service NO ONE has been as wonderful as Tara was. She is a MAJOR and definite asset to your team! Thank you for employing such an AWESOME lady!!!

  6. Trying to get make a reservation for Tues, SEPTEMBER 11 from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Calendar system will not allow me to go from August to September. How do I reserve a seat if I can’t access month of September for a reservation?
